It was a learning curve when I first separated form Active Duty, but I was quicky shown the best way to transition and to succeed. My previous answer about not being able to advance, is not a company issue, its just the nature of contract work. This is not a Negative.

i feel we are fairly compensated even if the union chooses to fight for more.

Everyone is held to the same standard and accountable. Working with someone who has similar skill level makes it pleasurable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make me feel like a part of the team, like I'm not just a number but they are invested in our well being.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the chance the to do what I have done and loved for the last 25 years with coworkers that do the same.
