What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing besides the fact I actually enjoy working on planes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less "job loss" threats, accountability among themselves, better structure. Open communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First definetly an increase of pay, but maybe more company (pkl) involvement, seems like they are "Liaison" style company that does not have regard to the production side only IT.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Marines are loosing their knowlagable personel and slowly pushing their main work onto us for squadron like responsabilities with out low pay, there are plenty of companys that pay more for doing so much less. Some have thought about leaving for the better pay, prfr not 2 cause i enjoy wrking on v22
