Been ok, but thought it would be better , especially being a retired veteran. Alot of the things could be better/easier to transition wise for experienced vets.

Finding/correcting improper maintenance performed by others.

Fairly easily to get along with, ans similar experiences .
What are some of the best things about your team?
Vast experience with them. We all have come from different backgrounds work experiences etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A good working atmosphere, people get along well, work good together and meet the requirements
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The most expensive city to live and work in the United States. Plus some pay should be higher for veterans with more / longer service time/experience.
