My peers and immediate supervisor are excellent. But the company outside of that seems to do the bare minimum, the shirts we get are cheap that doesn't sound like a lot but it shows to me that the company doesn't really care

We have good communication and get along fairly well
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no room for advancement, I don't feel like going above and beyond will really make a difference
