I personally love the job and working with the Singaporeans. But, we have little opportunity for career progression and our complaints about leadership go unheard. Mitchell Smith is ruining the workplace atmosphere and relationships with Singapore.

The only positives are the co workers and customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication needs improvement as well as not disregarding everything we say immediately.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All out leadership is stuck in their ways and believe we are still in the military. Also, Mitchell Smith does not listen to his employees and continues to ruin relationships in the work place.
