Great job, good company. Awful local management. Sick time is a little weird. Pension is being ran into the ground. Company should have its employees "backs" more. Overall the company seems to be fine but the local leadership at MHAFB drives alot of people out and has no problem burning people.

Pay could be more, but it is fair for the area.

They are good about getting us gear that we need for work. (Stationary, cold weather gear, boots)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun-loving, relateable, and helpful team. Everyone gets along and everyone carries their own weight and pucks up others' slack if they have an off day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The extreme "The customer is always right" mentality is causing alot of issues and employee turn over. Our guys get walked all over even when they are in the right. Also customer deviation from normal operating procedures causes alot of confusion and discontent.
