Not being micromanaged about everything at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Aircraft worker and Mech 1 duties responsibilities over lap yet the pay difference is drastic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team members have the same goals when it comes to our job. Some team members are self driven and take initiative to get the tasks for the day done right away.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Supervisors on both shifts need to be on the same page when it comes to pass downs. Supervisor should make it clear what the daily tasks are right away. Team lead should ALWAYS follow JTD and not perform any maintenance that isn't included in JTD just to statisfy the customers.
