The company seems to have high goals. The problem is attempting these goals without having a foundation. Training or organized workflow.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organizing the work flow, too much wasted time. Unstructured maintenance.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Lack of experience. There is not wnough training put into developing better workers who are recently out of the military.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The cost of living barely meets requirements for location. My skills are highly advanced and I feel are being wasted on slow maintenance progress. Considering returning to previous employment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Organize the workflow, including pre ordered parts. Days spent truly training employees so they are not green when doing actual work. Equipment that matches needs for aircraft. Steady workflow, not changing tasks repeativly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Your going to have to look at what is making other companies like Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman more successful. Train your guys better, the jobs are too relied on experience and hoping everyone knows what they are doing. Even the larger companies still go through training regardless.
