I like to work for PKL as a whole company, however the management team at mountain home afb is abysmal. The employees who spent 20 years in the mil get treated better than the ones who didn't amd day shift always gets preferential treatment.

The best part is getting federal holidays
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The swing shift guys have bonded well because we're all unhappy with how things are being run
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a significant rift between day shift and night shift and no one from nights is able to change shifts. The day shifters aren't willing to change schedules and our management team doesn't care about anything happening in our personal lives
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team at mountain home afb need to act like leaders and take an interest in the people they're over. We only see them when we are being punished or reprimanded, other than that they are completely gone and hiding in their offices
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership team from top to bottom at MHAFB do not have interest in the employees and treat us unfairly. There is a big problem with a "good ole boys" club where they've all known each other for 20 years and complaints go nowhere because they just protect each other
