IDK. They listen to me.

They pay. I do wish it was more fair though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager listens to me and helps me with issues I am having.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
again, there is one guy who is a bully and I try to stay away from him but we work in a close work space. He is just mean.
