Taking complaints on employee's seriously and be able to admit when they made a mistake and get rid of toxic micro managing supervisors that cannot lead or treat people correctly
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Supervision on dayshift in charge of phase is some of the worst i have ever had in more than 20 years of aircraft maintenance! Mitchel Smith and Josh Mckinny are terrible supervisors that just try to flex their power and force what they want
