Supervision has to be number one right now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is 1st. leave time is 2nd. QA perks are very minimal for the personal exposure needed.

Interacting with the professional employees in all the companies that are involved in the scope required to complete our mission for the Navy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our professional knowledge is second to none. The only thing lacking is everyone is treated the same when it comes to completed work and quality of work even if it isn't deserved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly my PKL Leadership Team is Pretty much Invisible to the contract employees. This is a good thing most of the time, but when an issue that needs to be addressed is present it becomes problematic. My immediate supervisor does a great job within his scope. Keeping the Navy happy isn't the only
