when people have a complaint they listen. Sometimes people feel better if they say their peace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we each cover for each other. We make sure the job is done when the other is out sick.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our RSAF customers. They are kind and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the team I have to work with are great people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The crew chiefs seem to never get disciplined for their actions. They are an embarrassment they way they act and talk to our customers. The smaller career fields are not valued but yet are harder to replace. I think pay should be based off of time at the company.
