The PKL is ok. A new company takes over the contract every 3 years so its hard to establish any real loyalty. Combined with benefits continually being cut. Not just between contract changes but yearly benefit enrollments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fair and treat me like a human being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I perform leadership and supervisor tasks which are outside of my job description. I do so at the request of HR as a deterrent of conflict between coworkers and for my own stress.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
One needs a change of career. Something away from the government. He is a knowledgeable tech with good work ethic but his disdain for the industry we work in is stressful. The other could show more initiation. Pick programs to take ownership of and stay on top of.
