All in all, I enjoy my job. We are compensated well comparatively and there isn't much I would change. As a contractor its somewhat difficult to develop a lasting relationship with any company.

the tight knit culture at the site is refreshing

knowing my job is unique and I provide a stable middle class life for my family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I actually like almost all of my coworkers with the exception of one who was up until recently an extremely vocal self-proclaimed Marxist/atheist.
