I Have Worked here since the beginning (Day 1), 16+years. First 13 years the experience was great. But with recent hires, younger generation and not experienced, they have messed with the morale of the workplace. They do not want to work, here for a paycheck, not company oriented.

able to plan a maintenance schedule and see the plan put into action
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
lately the environment is not very positive. Younger hires recently are very disruptive and seem not to care and has messed with the morale of the work place.
