Pretty good job. Usually not so busy that I don't have time to eat, but busy enough to keep me occupied. Great teammates make it fun to come to work.

Easy to communicate with management and express opinions on schedules etc...

All hard workers! We all work together very well and support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is at the bottom of the list for pay. Even though we are also allocated to support the 366th mission, transient aircraft, ground fuel support across the wing as well as the constant shift work to support the 428th mission. Would like to be paid at least even with the next lowest paid,
