Loads of broken promises. No value to the people that work. Looking for other employment. Tired of seeing troublemakers and coworkers running to the union for protection and the company not doing anything about it. It will cause PKL the contact. Leadership will wonder why it happened.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work harder at doing work and quit hiding behind the union. Hostile working environment when people are recording conversations and have no consequences.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of the people that work and fight the union. Get out from behind desk and get to know the people that work here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This could be once again what it was. Company needs to fire personnel before the "Bad Apples" cause the company the contract. RSAF sees what is going on and is not happy about it. The leads do not see it and think everything is great.
