It was not good until Darryl Riegle retired. Now I feel like the management actually has at the very least, regard for me as an employee, and at most regard me as a subject matter expert. Eric also does not let anyone walk on him. Darryl Riegle let dudes walk on him daily

Veterans' knowledge and expertise are the very best part of our team. People who have not served find it slightly difficult to understand the processes and procedures of naval aviation.

Eric Olmos is a far far better site supervisor than Darryl Riegle. Darryl Riegle was useless, biased against women, and a liar. Eric Olmos exhibits Honor Courage and Commitment. This company should consider that Veterans in this field are the very best choice to fulfill these roles.
