The ability to work well with each other to accomplish daily tasking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amount of leave accrued is great HOWEVER, sight management likes to dictate when and how it's used.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability of the team to come together and support each other even in the most toxic work environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Site management is the worst it's ever been and team morale is at an all time LOW! Site manager is the cause of this alone and needs to be investigated
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Site Manager is very difficult to satisfy, he leads by fear instead of confidence and respect, work place morale is at an all time LOW due to his persistent need to put workers down and create a smooth efficient work environment
