Because of the abuse of power in supervisor roles we help each other through a lot. Between assault and the mental state
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a livable wage. The health insurance is outrageous but I used an outside source. I would like to see a Roth 401k available for us
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is the only job where I have seen supervisors put hands on employees and throw forms at them. Anywhere else they would be fired immediately. When he does it to me law enforcement will be called.
