Organize the workflow, including pre ordered parts. Days spent truly training employees so they are not green when doing actual work. Equipment that matches needs for aircraft. Steady workflow, not changing tasks repeativly.

This could be once again what it was. Company needs to fire personnel before the "Bad Apples" cause the company the contract. RSAF sees what is going on and is not happy about it. The leads do not see it and think everything is great.

Management does not know how to manage time or people, we never get knteraction with managemnet, management does not have our back in a conflict with employer and management does not complete task or responsibilites kn a timley or proffessional manner.

Unappreciated, frustrated, unrewarding, second guessed and the most toxic work environment. Communication is always negative and reactive! You only see the Manager & QCI when something has gone wrong. A little positive interaction from the managers would be nice to see for a start.
