Annual cost of living increases are greatly needed in San Diego County. It would be helpful to receive such a benefit.
My position is at the bottom of the list for pay. Even though we are also allocated to support the 366th mission, transient aircraft, ground fuel support across the wing as well as the constant shift work to support the 428th mission. Would like to be paid at least even with the next lowest paid,

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We can advocate change but we can't fix a workplace that can become something the leadership is opposed to, It seems the leadership is not interested. Disrespect and burnout is the norm. Our voice is not valued.

Organize the workflow, including pre ordered parts. Days spent truly training employees so they are not green when doing actual work. Equipment that matches needs for aircraft. Steady workflow, not changing tasks repeativly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Typically, the work environment can be very poor. Demeanor of some employees cause disruption in morale. It seems that managers look as if they can manage this, but some employees don't get it. We work in a team-oriented work environment. In many cases, team cohesion is replaced by lack of mutual r

This could be once again what it was. Company needs to fire personnel before the "Bad Apples" cause the company the contract. RSAF sees what is going on and is not happy about it. The leads do not see it and think everything is great.

Management does not know how to manage time or people, we never get knteraction with managemnet, management does not have our back in a conflict with employer and management does not complete task or responsibilites kn a timley or proffessional manner.

Unappreciated, frustrated, unrewarding, second guessed and the most toxic work environment. Communication is always negative and reactive! You only see the Manager & QCI when something has gone wrong. A little positive interaction from the managers would be nice to see for a start.
