Mr. Al Swanson serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Plains Pipeline L.P. Mr. Swanson's responsibilities include executing financial growth strategy, maintaining relationships with various capital providers, overseeing financial reporting processes and safeguarding assets at Plains Pipeline L.P. Mr. Swanson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Plains All American GP LLC, the general partner of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since November 15, 2008 and February 2011 respectively. Mr. Swanson serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at PAA GP Holdings LLC. He is a Co-owner at Al & Linda C. Swanson Trust. Mr. Swanson has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of PAA GP Holdings LLC, the General Partner of Plains GP Holdings, L.P. since July 2013. Mr. Swanson has been the Chief Financial Officer of PNGS GP LLC - General Partner for PAA Natural Gas Storage, LLC since January 2010 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Bluewater Gas Storage LLC. He served as a Senior Vice President of PNGS GP LLC - General Partner of PAA Natural Gas Storage, L.P. since January 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Plains All American GP LLC-GP of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since November, 2008 to February 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Plains All American GP LLC (also known as Plain Holdings GP LLC) from August 21, 2007 to November 2008. He served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Plain Holdings GP LLC from August 2005 to August 21, 2007 and served as its Vice President and Treasurer from February 2004 to August 2005 and as Treasurer from May 2001 to February 2004. Mr. Swanson joined Plains All American in 2000, became Treasurer in 2001, Vice President and Treasurer in 2004. In addition, he held finance related positions at Plains Resources including Treasurer from February 2001 to May 2001 and Director of Treasury from November 2000 to February 2001. Prior to joining Plains Resources, he served as Treasurer of Santa Fe Snyder Corporation from 1999 to October 2000 and in various capacities at Snyder Oil Corporation including Director of Corporate Finance from 1998, Controller-SOCO Offshore, Inc. from 1997 and Accounting Manager from 1992. He has been a Director of PNGS GP LLC since January 2010. Mr. Swanson began his career with Apache Corporation in 1986 and served in Internal Audit and Accounting.
