Mr. Constantine S. Liollio, also known as Dean, serves as President of PAA Natural Gas Storage/Plains Gas Solutions at Plains Pipeline L.P. Mr. Liollio has been the President of PAA Natural Gas Storage, LLC/Plains Gas Solutions at Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since May 20, 2016. Mr. Liollio has been the President of PNGS GP LLC, General Partner of PAA Natural Gas Storage, LLC, Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and PAA Natural Gas Storage, L.P. since November 2008. He is responsible for developing and executing PAA Natural Gas Storage's strategy, overseeing its day-to-day operations, coordinating the disciplines within its organization and identifying areas for future expansion. Mr. Liollio served as Chief executive officer and President of Energysouth Inc. from August 1, 2006 to October 2008. He served as President of Pngs - Plains All American Gp Llc from November 2008 to May 20, 2016. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CenterPoint Energy, Inc.'s Southern Gas natural gas delivery division. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy South, Inc. from August 2006 to October 2008. He joined Centerpoint Energy, Inc. in 1983 as an Engineer and later as a District Manager. He was named Vice President and Division Manager for the South Texas and Texas Coast Divisions of Entex in 1996. Since 1998, he served as Vice President and Division Manager for the Houston Division of Entex. Mr. Liollio served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Texas, Oklahoma and southern Louisiana gas operations in 1999 and in 2000, assumed the additional role of President and Chief Operating Officer of northern Louisiana and Arkansas Gas operations. In 2005, he assumed leadership duties for the Houston area as well. He has been an Independent Director of Hancock Whitney Bank and Hancock Holding Company since October 27, 2016. He has been a Director of PNGS GP LLC - General Partner of PAA Natural Gas Storage, LLC since January 2010. He served as Director of Energysouth Inc., from July 28, 2006 to October 2008. Mr. Liollio is a Member the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He is immediate past Chairman of the Texas Gas Association, a Board Member of the Southern Gas Association and Chairman of Corporate TeleLink Network. He serves on the Leadership Council of the American Gas Association and is the Chairman of the Texas A&M Industrial Engineering Advisory Council. Mr. Liollio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
