Mr. John R. Keffer serves as Senior Vice President of Terminals at Plains Pipeline L.P. Mr. Keffer has been Senior Vice President of Terminals - Plains All American GP LLC at Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since May 20, 2016. Mr. Keffer has been Vice President of Terminals at Plains Marketing, L.P. since November 2006. His primary responsibilities are managing the business development and commercial operations in crude oil terminals, refined products terminals and rail terminals. He has been with PAA since 1998 and has over 33 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Keffer served as Senior Vice President of Plains All American GP LLC at Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since July 2015 and served as its Vice President of Terminals for Plains All American GP LLC since January 2007. Mr. Keffer began his career with Amoco Production Company and served in various capacities beginning in June 1982. He joined Plains in October 1998. He served as Managing Director of Refinery Supply, Director of Trading and Manager of Sales and Trading of Plains All American Pipeline LP. Mr. Keffer worked at Prebon Energy, an energy brokerage firm from January 1996 to September 1998. He worked with the Permian Corporation/Scurlock Permian from January 1990 to December 1995, serving in several capacities in the marketing department. Mr. Keffer served as Director of Crude Oil Trading of Permian Corporation/Scurlock Permian. He started his career with Amoco Production Company where he spent over seven years serving in various capacities. Mr. Keffer has a BBA in Management from Texas Christian University.
