Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Operations at Plains All American GP LLC since April 2010 until August 25, 2016. Mr. Smith is responsible for the Partnership's operations and maintenance activities on its domestic pipeline and terminal facilities. He joined PAA in 2002 from Shell Pipeline.
