Mr. Samuel N. Brown, also known as Sam, serves as Senior Vice President of US Pipelines at Plains Pipeline L.P. Mr. Brown has primary responsibility for the commercial and business development activities for all crude oil and refined product pipelines in the U.S. He has been Senior Vice President of US Pipelines - Plains All American GP LLC at Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since May 13, 2016. Mr. Brown served as Senior Vice President of Plains All American GP LLC, the general partner of Plains All American Pipeline LP since July 13, 2015 and previously served as its Vice President of Pipeline Business Development - Plains All American GP LLC since October 2009. Mr. Brown served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Downstream of Teppco LLC, the General Partner of Teppco Partners LP. He served as a Vice President of Enterprise Crude Oil LLC. He served as the Vice President of Commercial Downstream of TEPPCo LLC and Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, LLC since June 2005. He served as a Vice President, Pipeline Marketing and Business Development in Teppco Partners LP Upstream Segment from September 2000 to June 2005. He joined Teppco Partners LP in 1998 as Vice President of Pipeline Marketing and Business Development. He served as Vice President of Commercial Downstream of Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company LLC at Enterprise TE Partners L.P. He served as Vice President of commercial operations at Enterprise TE Partners L.P. from 1996 to 1998. Prior to joining TEPPCO, he was with PanEnergy and Duke Energy. Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
