Mr. Scott Sill has been Senior Vice President of Operations - Plains Midstream Canada Ulc - Plains All American Gp Llc-General Partner of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since July 2016 and served as its Vice President of Operations at Plains Midstream Canada ULC at Plains All American GP LLC, a General Partner from September 2013 to July 2016. Mr. Sill served as Vice President of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Operations at Plains Midstream Canada ULC for Plains All American GP LLC from March 2010 to September 2013. Mr. Sill joined PMC (Nova Scotia) Company in April 2006 through Plains' acquisition of the Shafter gas liquids processing facility. He served as Managing Director of U.S. and Canadian LPG Operations, he performed the role of West Coast District Superintendent, overseeing Plains' LPG isomerization / hydrotreating facility, salt cavern terminal, fractionation plant and various storage terminals. Mr. Sill has over 20 years LPG operations experience. He served as Vice President of LPG Operations at Plains Marketing Canada, L.P. since March 2010, where he was responsible for Plains' LPG operations in Canada and the United States and LPG engineering services.
