I would rather focus on the review cycle and here the work really pays off. Adapt to the awesome work culture, where we are expected to own and take decisions, be responsible for work area and you would be rewarded handsomely at the end of the year.

This has nothning to do directly with Planview but mostly due to the game of acquisitions and the history of the company I come from
