From the inside, everything is somehow homegrown and unfinished. There are no mature processes. Management is weak.
Salaries are inadequate. You may be shamed for asking a raise.
They pay very little, but also demand almost nothing in exchange, except your loyalty and readiness to work around the clock (which can also be easily circumvented)
They love to chat a lot and talk in circles. They like to imitate roaring activity and splurge. But people in general are undemanding to colleagues and irresponsible of their own tasks.
Promises should be kept more often.
Disadvantages are covered with a fig leaf of 'culture'. Culture in itself is the subject of constant mockery among employees. The arbitrariness of leadership and violence against the inconvenient employees are covered precisely by the word 'culture'.
The company should start to attract some talent instead of a cheap workforce and recent graduates with little to no experience.
A company has already passed its peak and is going downhill.
