The pay is not good and the benefits are the bottom of the barrel.

Honesty and moralilty- an overall scrub and training on ethics
What did you like most about the interview process?
They lied to me. Relocated from 2,000 plus miles away on the guise that this was a job where I would be responsbile for an established book of business this company has. This company has none

Collaborating with a talented team and seeing our collective efforts positively impact our clients and projects makes me happiest at work.
The tasks are structured on what I need to do each day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mark-ups that are outrageous for the customer- low-balling the operators extensively. All this company does is use a website called Truck Stop and then sits back and takes, takes, takes, and has no regard for the customer's experience.
