What are some of the best things about your team?The best things about my team are their creativity, resilience, and teamwork. Everyone is eager to support each other, which drives innovation and problem-solving in dynamic ways.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Mark-ups that are outrageous for the customer- low-balling the operators extensively. All this company does is use a website called Truck Stop and then sits back and takes, takes, takes, and has no regard for the customer's experience.
