What do you like best about the leadership team?
Promotes career growth and improvement
The C suite is great.
They dont micro manage, but are always there to help when needed
Commitment to transparency and focus on hitting goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Trust and patience with their staff rather than hiring and firing all the time.
Stop hiring and firing. Constant churn is not a viable business strategy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and comp increases are fair and balanced.
Pay is good. Unlim time off is nice (if you can use it without drowning in catch up work)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Youre a dispensable number that will be tossed to the side at any moment
Below market rate for my job
70k quota for 75k base. Underpaid compared to market.
With the skills I have an contribute to the entire company, I am still being paid $15k less then the next lowest paid person on my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mutual support for one another
Great peers with the same hunger
We get along super well
The team is super engaged, collaborative and goal-oriented.
I love everyone I work with directly. Incredible people work here because only incredible people survive.

The inclusivity and the ability to collaborate

What did you like most about the interview process?
Speaking directly with the managers that would be my direct supervisor
Good communication throughout. Great welcome package on acceptance. Facilities team was incredibly helpful in getting going.
They were to the point, prompt, and let you know the next steps.

Connecting with the people. Customers are nice about 50% of the time but when you have a good interaction it’s very rewarding, but my coworkers are amazing all the time. Very good peopl
