Flexibility offsets pay in many cases. Flexibility is highly valuable to me.

For starters, I've been here 3 years nearly. I've made above average performance metrics since my hire date. Pay has dramatically gone up for competitors and yet Pomeroy decided they cannot to offer raises. They simply do not discuss it.

Everybody treated the same regardless of performance or experience. No incentive
a higher hourly rate of pay.
No 401 K match . No pay increases . No cost of living increase . Must work late hours with little notice .
Bonus, answering questions, caring about employees.

Our great ceo has taken away out bonus that we earned before he even bought pomeroy, he also has refused pay rises, he speaks about buying more companys when he doesn't even give bonuses to one ones he owns now even though we already earned the money
