Immediate management over regions was ok, the staff at that level is mostly responsible for assisting new techs get their bearings in the field. The executive leadership has a major case of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Zero competence in upper management period.

For starters, I've been here 3 years nearly. I've made above average performance metrics since my hire date. Pay has dramatically gone up for competitors and yet Pomeroy decided they cannot to offer raises. They simply do not discuss it.

The environment changed when a new supervisor was introduced that began micromanaging everything and having a fake friendly attitude. A select few people take a majority of the calls every day and pick up the slack of others with no recognition or reward.

To many Chiefs and not enough Indians. The cooperation is making profit off the backs of the techs etc. Profits should trickle or be passed down but executives are hoarding profits.
Technicians wouldn’t do their job. They would take naps, ignore customers. Yet the hard workers would step in and be told they aren’t doing enough. So to improve it, either pay for extra teams to lift the load or pay the existing employees better so make them feel g
