My supervisor used to be a technician, so he's very familiar with hardships of a technician which is something that is critical to conducive work environment.

Fair compensation for the effort given.
Flexibility offsets pay in many cases. Flexibility is highly valuable to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie, we are all in this together, and everyone is very helpful and helps one another when reached out to.
They are not mgmt! Yay! Workplace optimized!
The Team is driven and collaborative.
Everyone tries their best to meet Service Level Agreement regardless of the pay situation. Lots of people here had faith this company could turn around, but the people here at the lower level are just better than the company itself.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration and teamwork. Supporting each other.
Local immediate work culture is all about teamwork so everyone goes home on time. If someone gets overloaded, we work together to get jobs evenly disbursed. Someone always is a resource on something you will encounter on the field.

Management is very friendly and welcoming at interviews
Inclusive and engaging experience that was quick and interactive.
I got the job probably due to desperation, they needed someone fast. I needed a job fast. I also got promised lots of things that never happened.

It seemed promising. I was hiring as printer tech and it went smoothly. Then transitioned to desktop and things went sour.
