Putting themselves before the consumer and the employees. It makes the bad attitude trickle down to the lower level employees

Medical premiums are expensive and salary is less compared to the market

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers need to become better at their position before they are looking for the next promotion. As well as not be afraid to speak up when something is not right.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite many differences everyone works well together. Encouraged to speak freely about issues affecting safety and general conditions at facility.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Really can't we work in a very diverse consumer market
Remove upper management and start all over again
Stop punishing dedicated employeees
What did you like most about the interview process?
leaving the interview with a positive outlook that you are bettering yourself
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make the standard the same for all employees. Meaning some management positions are filled without any interviews at all. Some supervisor positions are filled by employees who did not meet the requirements so the standard was lowered so they could get hired over other qualified employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working hours, and flexibility to change the hours.
