What are some of the best things about your team?Most are easy to work with. Good diversity.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Make the standard the same for all employees. Meaning some management positions are filled without any interviews at all. Some supervisor positions are filled by employees who did not meet the requirements so the standard was lowered so they could get hired over other qualified employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Co-workers need to become better at their position before they are looking for the next promotion. As well as not be afraid to speak up when something is not right.
