I get to work with pretty cool co-workers who don't make it feel like we are only supposed to be co-workers. I've made friends with shift leads and managers eventhough this company says we are not allowed to be friends. You can't control who we build relationships with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have a new store manager at 213 tinley park location. Manager needs to be respectful and he needs to know how to talk to his employees
A better general manager or management team
In general the gossip about other people and unprofessional conduct
everything is going wrong. EVERYTHING
the general manager is extremely two faced and childish. She will say anything or throw anyone under the bus to keep herself out of trouble. She does not own up to anything or follow through on her promises
Because sometimes employees and manager talk bad with customers
