A lot of disorganization and repetitive work being done. Expectations of high performers are unreasonable and almost out of reach given the daily workload. A lot of politics and secrecy- and leaders who participate in this behavior just get rewarded and promoted.

Cohesive, knowledgeable, and caring about the mission.
