What are some of the best things about your team?Most everyone has been around a long time so we are all familiar with the constant ups and downs. Most everyone wants to be helpful. Teams change constantly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Majority of customers are complaining about customer service, hold times, and the overall quality of the product.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It was brought to my attention that someone what making more than me with less education and less experience. Leads me to believe I was being paid on a racial scale.
