The work you do at Praescient is valued by the entire team and you really feel that on day one.
The company culture of Praescient is focused while still be very lighthearted and funny so I actually look forward to our meetings, they are never boring.
Having the opportunity to collaborate with others, even remotely. I also am in a position to both mentor and be mentored, which is incredible in a career!

What do you like best about your company?
Everyone is a cool combo of hard working and easy to get along with. People make time to help each other, even though we work in a fast paced environment. Theres a ton of thought into routine small acts of kindness from bday phone calls to office games to keeping a fridge full of food for everyone.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
We have a lot of classified government work and I wish we'd get together more as a team because it's hard to be in a SCIF all day and not feel isolated. I don't think this is just a Praescient thing, but a difficulty in our industry.
