What do you like best about the leadership team?
First female president in history of Pratt.
I liked everything. They made me a better person and made me work better suffice.

Great vacation time and you get a Christmas week off.

the highly competitive market allows faculty to be very underpaid
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative minds and critical thinkers.
They are some of the best people that I have ever met in my life.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
siloed work environment. Not much interaction with colleagues in different departments.
