Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

During the current pay increase reviews HR was instructed by corporate to lower employees review scores in order to reduce their pay increase. They had 20 employees pick up the slack of the 40 we lost. Employees are treated like they are worthless, HR uses intimidation tactics to instill fear.

Refreshingly challenging. Self driven employees have a lot of freedom to drive the success of the business
