David L. Klatsky ā Senior VP & General Counsel at Premier

Mr. David L. Klatsky has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Premier, Inc. since August 2016 and July 2016 respectively. Mr. Klatsky oversees Premier's legal and compliance affairs. In his 26-year legal career, he has advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and for-profit and tax-exempt healthcare services clients on the transactional and regulatory aspects of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the healthcare sector. He served as Premier's chief outside counsel for nine years and this includes helping Premier through its initial public offering and corporate restructure. Prior to joining Premier, he was a partner in the health practice group of global law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He has also acted as the lead lawyer in a broad cross section of health industry transactions and as a speaker regarding health reform, accountable care and healthcare transactional techniques. Mr. Klatsky earned his bachelor's degree from Brown University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California-Los Angeles School of Law.
