What is the best part about your compensation package?

For part-time, I was given investment options through Fidelity and both Vision and Dental benefits. The PTO was also a bonus, as it's often not given for most part-time employee positions.

Health insurance, 401K, and the array of options you have.

The variety of coverage and levels of coverage that you can enroll into.

Pay is fair mostly, and we have lots if benefits to consider in our offering.

They offer a Work/Life balance.

The customizability of the benefits available.

Of note, there are no stock benefits as it is privately held. I would just say our benefits plan is fair and appreciate that they have added financial support for personal education/growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i feels like use of PTO policies should be better

The compensation as far as hourly pay is fine, but that is set by the client we work for NOT premise health. They do not give us merit increases our client does. Benefits could be better.

If they would continue with our annual raises (which were already at a minimum) they have really lowered morale with this new update

I feel like our raise percentage should increase, especially with the cost of living increases.

I feel undervalued due to being passed on promotions when I am more qualified (schooling and experience)

Bonuses are attached to unrealistic growth expectations

The pay is really low
