i enjoy what i was doing and learning new things every day
Working with the patients: helping to effect change.
Not being harassed, ending the visius environment.
Meeting the needs of clients abd most of all provided white-glove service to our clients members and dependents. The relationships we make with our members is priceless in the ability to help them get, stay, and be well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything and no idea how it can be improved as they rather terminate whistle blowers than work together to change.
So much. But I would say the number 2 things are putting quality over quantity and stop the busy work and just let us take care of things that truly need addressed.
It cant, they are losing to many contracts
