The treatment of my superiors is what's making me feel undervalued. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I got bottom of the barrow pay worked hours and hours drove all over my state to get to these jobs and then get fired or not fired my hours short.

They skipped paying me all together. They've sent me 2 empty cards without anything on them. Trying to get my earnings for the last 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor, skip this place. WHITE COLLAR FRAUD!!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO WTHHOLD WAGES!!

First have you ever worked where when you first start your sevice orders are past due WKS,MTH,YEARS the pay rate is ridiculous and only allowed 1hr to complete!!I AM BEYOND BLOWN AWAY!

Lack if upward mobility. Every job I have applied for to get out of field, I either don't get critcial feedback that is useable or could be applied. Whixh is usually generic responses, or they say they have decicded to no longer hire for the role. They do not value repa wants career advancement.
More money because the other companies pays more for people that works less
The amount of hours to work do not match. It would be nice to have a set rate for a service order.

More consistent pay raises - it has been nearly two years since I have had one. A lot of people go years without them.
