Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well paying for benefits with A huge deductible is very hard, a raise would help
Out of all places for my related filed the make 16 dollars a hour we only make 12 def not paid what we are worth

We care about the same thing, the patients!
