What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most people take the work and their duties seriously but they are also willing to admit they know their limitations and challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is trust worthy and willing to help when ever asked
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Value and understand diversity and its many forms. Don't just throw it out there by way of trainings and groups formed in response to Executive Order and complaints.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Diversity needs to be understood instead of being thrown out as training materials. It needs to come from the top.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to thier best resourse - the emoyees. When they take the pulse of the organization they should listen and use the feedback for improvement.
